Corruption is so common in public life and has become indispensable phenomenon. It has bended growth of nation in all spheres of life. Corruption strikes at the roots of democracy and culminates to violate social and economic justice also. In order to abate this evil from society parliament has passed various laws to streamline the system which is deteriorating. Through this paper researcher endeavored to throw light on the legislative provisions and policy framed by legislature.
