The World is facing humanity's biggest crisis since World war II. Almost every country has been engulfed by unseen enemy in the form of devastating corona virus disease.(COVID-19) The world is passing through a great uncertainty. The paralysis of the Security Council in the face of COVID is shameful. Failure of WHO, IMF, WTO & Security council to function effectively up to world expectation has created uncertain situation where role of Global governance in managing crisis has been put under scanner. This paper highlights issues relating to crumpling of liberal international order & failure of International Institutions during COVID-19 Crisis. Paper concludes by reinforcing the need for UN reforms to ensure that Global order is maintained & peace, security & sovereignty of all nations is ensured to precipitate the ideas of Vasudev Kutumbam ideology.
