Women empowerment in private and public sector in resent times: A study

The concept of women empowerment is do welcomed by every section of society, but the fact is that it is still not implemented everywhere. This truth can be easily revealed by the number of women employed in corporate sector, either public or private sector. Indian women have found it difficult to break through the glass ceilings in sectors like consumer durables manufacturing and infrastructure, where the nature of job has traditionally meant that the female representation is far less as compared to the men.
