Abstract

Conventional endodontic therapy provides a high success rate in pulpless tooth but immature pulpless tooth provides potential treatment complications. The ideal treatment objective would be to replace a tissue with a similar tissue. Pulpal regeneration is a novel way to restore the function of a non-vital tooth. Tissue engineering involves the development of functional tissue with the ability to replace missing or damaged tissue.
