The main objective of this paper is to analyse the extent and nature of inter-district disparities in labour productivity in agriculture in Rajasthan. The analysis is based on secondary data, collected from 2000 to 2015 from annual reports from the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Rajasthan. The results show higher ratio of land to labour productivity in highly developed districts. Increasing population pressure on cultivated land is the main reason for low land-labour ratio in the highly under-developed districts.
