Abstract

Experiments were laid for comparison of selected tool and equipment for soybean crop CIAE wheel hoe had the highest field capacity amongst the weeding tool (0 0056 ha/h) and chemical control capacity (0 061 ha h). whereas minimum capacity was 0.0022 ha/h for khurpi. The yield for all the mechanical weeding treatment were obtained higher than chemical weeding treatment. The unit cost of production and benefit cost ratio was obtained maximum by wheel hoe. i e.. 6 03 I than other mechanical and chemical weeding methods. The use of whell hoe is recommended for weeding in soybean.
