In this paper, we discuss the invariance of the matrix product CXB for all choices of k-g-inverses X of A. We extend the concept of parallel summability for a pair of fuzzy matrices using the k-g-inverse of their sum. We derive some basic properties of k-parallel summable fuzzy matrices.
