T-norm with threshold firstly is introduced by Dubois and Prade [1] and more considered by Inacu [2]. Then some new classes of fuzzy operators with threshold, t-norms, t-conorms, implications and some new algebraic properties of these operators are discussed in [4 -6]. This paper is devoted to some properties of classes of similar operators with threshold, and some new fuzzy operators with threshold. In Part 2 of the paper first applications of these operators to mining fuzzy association rules in data mining will be presented.
