Awareness of sugar cane farm chemicals and soil health

Now a days many of them feel about more labour charges, short of labour availability, caneyield, high cost of production etc. But no/less feel about the soil structure it is the main subject to the agriculture to increase the yield of the crop. If the yield increases automatically yield per hectare gain will increase it gives happy to the farmer and sugar factory.
