Abstract

Fungi of the family Ganodermataceae Donk (1948) have been studied intensively during last 70 years for their importance as Materia Medica with in almost taxa, particularly promising in the Ganoderma-type genus, but lacking in genus Humphreya due to unsufficient investigations in biodiversity and poor practical experience of utilizations. For the first time Humphreya endertii and H. laccocoffeatum were determined described in details and fruitfully cultivated on mixed substrates.

In the genus Humphreya we mentioned H. endertii, originally described only one specimen in literatures and our specimens included semi-glossy-glossy-laccate forms, and recorded during last 10 years and another species with specific basidiospores with variable reticulate ornamentations in endosporium, identified as a new one Humphreya laccocoffeatum. In South Vietnam the first representatives of Humphreya recorded quite semi-glossy and laccate both the pilei and stipes, collected in 2007, 2017, 2018, with specific basidiospres, similar to both H. lloydii and H. coffeatum have been previously described in South China. New species determined Humphreya laccocoffeatum due to their basidiospore type of specific reticulate ganodermoid.

The sequencing results of ITS have been obtained up to date for Humphreya coffeatum from Brasil, H. endertii and H. laccocoffeatum from South Vietnam in comparison with update sequences of representatives in the Ganodermataceae to show high similarity and close phylogenetic relationships between taxa incl. 6 genera, inspired of the principally amaurodermoid basidiospore type of the Foraminispora and Furtadoa newly-suggested more at generic rank in 2017.
