Powdery mildew of pea caused by Erysiphe polygoni Dc is one of the most important fungal disease and is responsible for substantial yield losses. The present investigation was undertaken to study themanagement of powdery mildew of pea with botanicals. Sixbotanicals viz., garlic (Allium sativumL.), tulsi (Ocimum sanctum L.), neem (Azadirachta indicaA. Juss.), Cashewnut (Anacardium occidentable), Ghaneri (Lantana camera), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) and were evaluated in vivo at different concentrations for their effectiveness against Erysiphe pisi, the causal agent of pea powdery mildew. Three sprays of NSKE and Gingerwas found more effective in reducing disease severity and yield which was at par with each other.
