In the present era Biotechnology is emerging as powerful tool in different area of modern science including agricultural biotechnology including many others, of them pant tissue culture is playing a pivotal role to increase quality and enhance production. Commercialization aspect of plant tissue culture technology cannot be ignored as it will help to boost the farmer's income. Many scientific institution and universities are playing leading role for quality improvement and yield enhancement in different cereals, medicinal and ornamental crops.
