Abstract

The experiment was conducted on 36 genotypes. The experimental material consist eight parents and their 28 F1s obtained by crossing generated through half diallel fashion were evaluated for their per se performance for 9 characters. The maximum seed yield per plant was recorded by AP-3 among the parents. The hybrid AP-3 x PC-531 showed superior performance for seed yield per plant and number of pods per plant.
