The experiment was conducted at Horticulture Research Farm of RSM PG, College, Dhampur, Bijnor(UP), during winter season 2019–2020. The onion variety Agrifound Light Red was used for the study. Theperiodical observations on growth yield and yield attributes was recorded to find out the correlationcoefficient of different growth and its attributing characters. Plant height showed positive and highlysignificant correlations with Diameter of stem (0.766), Fresh Bulb weight (0.828), Dry Bulb weight (0.913), and per plant equal diameter (0.804). Number of leaves/plant showed positive and highly significantcorrelations with Total soluble sugar (0.802). Height of leaves/plant showed positive and highly significantcorrelations with Height of stem (0.951). Height of stem/plant showed positive and highly significantcorrelations with protein (0.918). Diameter of stem/plant showed positive and highly significant correlationswith fresh bulb weight (0.932). Fresh bulb/plant weight showed positive and highly significant correlationswith dry bulb weight (0.978). Dry bulb weight showed positive and highly significant correlations with, protein (0.943). Polar diameter showed positive and highly significant correlations with, protein (0.845). Equal diameter showed positive and highly significant correlations with Protein (0.817). Yield/plot showedpositive correlations with yield/hectare (1.000). Yield/hectare showed positive correlations with T.S.S (0.401).
