A pot experiment was conducted at Horticulture Research Farm, Department ofHorticulture, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow during October 2020 to April2021 to evaluate the performance of different IBA and NAA concentrations on rooting of Dragonfruit [Hylocereus undatus (Haworth) Britton & Rose] stem cuttings. Therefore, the stemcuttings were dipped in various concentrations of IBA and NAA then planted in pot containingSand: Soil: FYM (2:1:1). This experiment was designed in Completely Randomized Design withthree replicates. The number of sprouting (3.00), total number of spines (15), interspace spine to spine (3.10 cm), sprouting (30%) and minimum number of days taken sprouting (45 day) werefound in T9 (IBA@3000ppm+ NAA@100ppm)at 60 day after treatment followed by T11 (2.66 number, 14.33 number, 2.36cm, 26.66% and minimum number of days takensprouting 47 day). While and the lowest of all these were found in control T1 (0.00 number, 1.00 number, 0.50 cm, 0.00%), and maximum number of days taken sprouting (58 day) was recorded.
