An experiment was carried out in the Garden, Department of Fruit Science, C.S. Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur (U.P.) Indiaduring January to June 2023 to study the effect of different levels of boron and NAA on fruiting, yield and quality of litchi using sixteen treatments viz., T1 (20 ppm NAA),T2 (30ppm NAA), T3 (40ppm NAA), T4 (0.2% boron), T5 (0.2% boron + 20ppm NAA), T6 (0.2% boron + 30ppm NAA), T7 (0.2% boron + 40ppm NAA),T8 (0.2% boron), T9 (0.4% Boron+20ppm NAA), T10 (0.4% boron+ 30ppm NAA), T11 (0.4% boron+ 40ppm NAA), T12 (0.6% boron), T13 (0.6% boron+ 20ppm NAA), T14 (0.6% boron + 30ppm NAA), T15 (0.6% boron+ 40ppm NAA) and T16 (control water spray), replicated thrice in Factorial Completely Randomized Design. Uniform and healthy plants of litchi cv. Dehradun was selected and each plant with similar three branches was identified and that was used as on unit. From the results obtained it is reported that the maximum fruit set (78.68%), maximum fruit retention (61.67%) and minimum fruit drop (44.99%) with maximum length of fruit (6.00cm), diameter of fruit (4.50cm), fruit weight (21.45g), pulp weight (19.20g), yield (110.30kg/plant), total sugars (14.26%) and total soluble solids (20.55°Brix) with minimum cracking (2.70%), rindand seed weight (2.06g and 2.05g, respectively) were recorded in the fruits which were produced from the plants treated with the foliar application of boron @ 0.6% and NAA @ 40ppm in the plains of North India.
