Abstract

In the whole universe only earth planet is a place where living beings can survive the 75% part of earth containing water and remaining land is used by human beings for their living. The resources are limiting to consume by human beings for their living. The resources are limiting to consume by human beings but density of human beings rapidly increases and increasing in the interfering with environment. This is cause of pollution. Pollution is caused by all those hazardous substances added by man’s activity in the environment. Which damage the ecological balance and causes harm to human health. Pollution is restricted to certain human activities. For instance affluent industrialized countries are dumping a lot of materials and wastes in their immediate environment. Effect of pretreatment of heavy metal Mn carried on seedling of Vigna radiata CVT 163 in dark. That show retardation of seedling growth in presence of higher concentration of Mn and acceleration of growth is the lower concentration of same metal.
