Abstract

The experiment was conducted during rabi season of the year 2007–08. The experiment was carried out under Randomized Block Design with three replications. The observations were recorded on 11 characters viz. plant height (cm), no. of leaves/plant, fresh weight of leaves/plant(g), length of leaves(cm), width of leaves(cm), total weight of plant(kg), days taken to curd maturity, diameter of curd (cm), gross weight of curd (kg), net weight of curd and total yield(q/ha). Among all the treatment combinations treatment T12 (Boron 20kg + sodium molybdate 2 kg/ha) and treatment T4 (Boron, 100ppm + molybdenum, 50ppm) gave best performance when application, respectively.
