In vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity of leaf extract of neem (Azadirachta indica) guava (Psidium guajava) and peel extract of citrus (Citrus limonus) were assessed by agar well diffusion method. Leaf extract of neem, guava and peel extract of citrus showed antibacterial activity against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger. Neem and guava leaf extract showed highest antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa while citrus peel extract showed highest antibacterial activity against E. coli. Neem leaf extract showed highest antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger.
