It was observed that the seedlings raised in nursery beds gave maximum bud sprouting (75%) when the budding was done during last week of July followed by budding during 2nd week of August with 60% bud sprouting. However, maximum survival (100%) was recorded in polybags planted during 4th week of July and 2nd week of August.
