Double Optic Nerve Heads: A Rare Optic Nerve Head Anomaly

Abstract

Doubling of the optic nerve head is rare and is seen as true doubling or pseudodoubling. We are presenting a rare case with multiple anomalies - a bilateral microcornea, typical iris coloboma and bilateral coloboma involving the choroid and optic nerve with a pseudodoubling of the optic disc in the left eye.
