A 22-year-old male presented to emergency department with blunt injury to scrotum. Examination showed abrasions over left side scrotum and left testis dislocated to inguinal region with tenderness. Colour flow Doppler showed viable testis in left inguinal region. On exploration, left testis was viable and was brought to scrotum and orchiopexy done. Post-operative period was uneventful. Earlier intervention of testicular dislocation preserves testicular function.
