Lactobezoar is an indigestible foreign body that accumulates into the gastrointestinal tract, usually in the stomach. It is formed by the amalgamation of mucus and milk. It is commonly seen in milk-fed infants; leading to gastric obstruction and perforation. Gastric bezoar is rare and found in children and young women. Here, we present a case of 18-month-old male baby suffering from lactobezoar.
