Persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC) is the most common thoracic venous anomaly and is persistent congenital remnant of vena caval system from early cardiac development. In presence of PLSVC, the venous blood of upper half of the body is drained into coronary sinus or right atrium. PLSVC is uncommon but clinically very closely connected venous congenital abnormality that comes across by non-invasive cardiovascular imaging. Here, we report a case of PLSVC in 11-years-old male patient.
