Study of Some Virulence Factor of K. pneumoniae Isolated from Urinary Tract Infection

The current study included the collecting of samples (50), through the results of Bacteriological culture on blood agar MacConkey and Eosin Methylene Blue, phenotypic diagnosis was obtained (10) back to isolation type K. pneumoniae and percentage (20). The results of the investigation of some factors of virulence of isolates including ability to produce hemolysis results showed all isolates K. pneumoniae has no ability to produce hemolysin, the inquiry was bacteria to produce the enzyme urease, the results showed that all isolates of K. pneumoniae it ability to produce the enzyme, the results showed that all isolates her ability to produce dynamic membrane and 100 %.
