Our allelopathic bioassay study on Trifolium repens L. was conducted by mixed sowing of seedlings T. repens and Lolium perenne L., T. repens and Eragrostis curvula L. The seeds germination of L.perenne and E.curvula was assessed by the extracts from roots, aerial parts and the fresh plant of T. repens. The extracts of all part in T. repens inhibited the plant growth of L. perenne and E. curvula at 20-fold solutions. In addtion, the 100-fold extract promoted growth of both receptors plant spp. These results suggests that T. repens will influences the growth of L. perenne and E. curvula because of its allelopathic potential, The most ideal ratio of mixed seeds sowing of T. repens + L. perenne, T. perenne, T repens + E. curvula was found as 5:1.
