Abstract

The adopted Fusarium oxysporum f. sp cucumarinm was inoculated and cultured in exogenous p-hydroxybenzoic acid of cucumber. The results of inoculation showed, that when the concentration of phydroxybenzoic acid were 0–1.0g/L and that of cinnamic acid 0.2–1.0g/L, there was no effect of phydroxybenzoic acid till 60h after inoculation on the mycelium growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumarinm. To find the allelopathic effects on Fusarium wilt of cucumber and soil microbes under soil culture, the soil were treated with p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid in five concentrations of 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg/L. The results showed that allelopathy promoted the soil fungi, bacterium and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumarium and inhibited the soil actinomyces. Allelopathy changed the soil microbes system and decreased the percentage of Fusarium wilt to fungi.
