Abstract

Indentification of potential allelopathic substances in rhizosphere soil under Green Prickleyash were made in gas chromotagraph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). Some 25 and 29 compounds were determined from the topsoil and deep-seated soil samples, respectively. The compounds mainly include alkyl alcohol, ester, benzene, hydroxybenzene, a mine, etc. any of These were reported as allelochemicials. The results showed that the allelopathic substance exist in rhizosphere-soil of Green Prickleyash.
