Abstract

Finit was extracted from different blood samples and was compared with standard Finit solution on TLC plates. An attempt has been made to analysis Finit by using TLC, which is very cheap and takes very less time for analysis and can be performed in any laboratory in a very simple way. Rf of different samples and Finit sample was compared which showed a minor difference in Rf values. Mean Rf values of sample and Finit was 0.52 and 0.54. An attempt has been made to analyse Finit by using TLC which is very cheap and taking very less time for analysis and can be performed in any laboratory in a very simple way.
