Abstract

Due to significant increase in smoking related mortality among general population, need is felt being to educate the people about it. Workplace intervention provides a ideal mean to motivate the people to leave smoking. These interventions can be carried out at individual as well as at group level. These interventions hold implication for improving work environment as well as feeling of well being among people.
