The good teacher is one who produces good results in meeting the central, presenting needs of life in whatever social context. Teacher education or teacher training is a must as it enables the potential teachers‘ to understand the students better. We are interested in raising the standards or the quality of education in corporate world. A trained teacher can be a great helper in improving the quality of education and also checking wastage. The role of the teacher educator is also important in corporate world. Because corporate world needs qualitative, creative and intelligent teachers‘.
