Good Governance cannot realize its goals without the participation of the concerned community. So, the participation of the people in developmental project is a crucial factor for the success of the development project. The paper focuses on the participation from the perspective of Good Governance and argues that even till today, in participatory development model stakeholders participation (Bottom-Up Model) at four stages development namely decision making, Implementation, Benefit Sharing and Maintenance is not very encouraging.
