The BPO/Call Centre as a sunshine sector of ITES sector, offering a bunch of opportunities to the employees, at the same time the industry is causing several factors that cause serious health problems. The study made an attempt to identify and assess the major health complications of women employees in BPO/Call Centre. There are several factors causing health problems of women employees at work place. The problems should be addressed effectively and timely to ensure health, safety, security and prospects to the workforce in general and women employees in particular.
