Abstract

Urban furniture is defined as a large set of equipments and is known so because it is installed in cities, streets, and generally in open spaces and has public use. Urban furniture includes more than a hundred labels such as bus stations, urban signs, hygienic services, playgrounds for children, park, body-building sport equipments, tablets and bill boards, trash-bins, benches, overpasses, etc. Facilities and sport equipments or sport furniture, and open spaces are the terms used for such facilities and welfare equipments. The most common term is “Urban sport Furniture” that can best express all the aspects, even the implicit.
