Abstract

In this article a detailed analysis of transportation of solid waste condition in Mysore city has been analyzed. For this an important issue are considered i.e., transportation of wastes illustrate the problem in the urban area of Mysore. Therefore in the recent trend in social sciences is to understand and analyse social problems faced in urban and rural areas such as interrelations, segregation, collection, disposal of solid wastes. The analysis has been substantiated with a set of measures taken by the urban authority for clearing these wastes. The set of measures taken by the urban development authority is highlighted on extremely bothering the transport of solid waste existing in the urban areas regularly for the betterment of public health. By this the social scientists have a greater challenging role to play in the present context where social planning on solid waste is given utmost importance.
