The present study investigated the influence intelligence questionnaire, life satisfaction of emotional intelligence on life satisfaction scale, and job performance scales were used and job performance. The sample was to collect the data. The results found a consisted of 37 production unit employees. It significant relationship between emotional was hypothesized that the emotional would intelligence and life satisfaction.
