The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that influenced the job prestige of teachers in Iran. The sample of the study contains 384 people (164 teacher and 309 other persons) in Iran. The questionnaire used in the study developed by researchers and including some important factors in this area. According to analysis of data it was found that there are seven important factors that influence teacher's job prestige.
