Azeris’ Participation and the Role of Azerbaijan Region in the Iran'S Events

Azarbaiajn with the center to be Tabriz, throughout history has been one of the major political, economic and cultural centers of Iran. Azeris'participation in the formation of the core of new Iran -with the function of producing industrial, mineral and specially agriculture- is significant. Also, Azeris'active participation in the administrative, political, social, cultural, economic, scientific, technological and religious positions is one of very important factors in the convergence of this ethnical group with Iranian nation. The effective presence of Azeris in the process of Constitutional Revolution, Islamic Revolution in Iran and the imposed Iraq's war against Iran is an embodiment of Azeris’ belief in the survival of a united and great Iran as a whole.
