I am going to explain The specialty of Persian nouns in Persian grammar. Persian grammar is similar to that of many other Indo-Iranian families. Persian nouns have no grammatical gender and mark with an accusative marker only for the specific accusative case. First of all I will explain the division of nouns which contain:
Mass noun and proper noun, Material and abstract noun, Simple and compound nouns, Definite and indefinite, Kinds of definite noun, marks of indefinite noun.
Then I will go through singular and plural nouns and also collective nouns.
In Persian language also there are some types of noun that include: derivative and primitive noun, Reduplication of nouns in informal speech and also Instrument noun, voiced noun, Infinitive and Gerund. Each of them are explained completely in next parts.
