Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization has focused on the scientific and academic circles in recent years, and in this way it has presented large volume of studies and articles for understanding the multiple dimension and aspects. Globalization is considered as one of the biggest challenges today in various fields of human life. Technological development and mastery of different science that human activities were causing accelerated and less time is required to reach the goal of industrial and technical products. In the present education will be emphasized as a key task to confront the challenges in the globalization process, individuals need to learn the basic technical skills and keep their formation consistent with these technological advances. The present era of children in a way is completely different from before the spend, their leisure time with electronic entertainment. This makes lack of time allocated to other personal and social aspects. The virtual communication network, which are connections within the network is mentioned as regenerator of human societies. This type of virtual communication is empty of spirit of social and real relations and has dramatic effects on human life. Work is considered as an effective element of human lives, so any evolution in work areas outcome will be the source of social transformation. Today, evolution in work areas is accepted in deferent case. Globalization can have an influence on all aspects of society such as the time of leisure time for individuals, the place of spending it, family, work concept… Thus, it seems that, in the future of globalized world, countries and people that measure all aspects, obtain full knowledge of its results in utilizing the opportunities and weakening the threats, are more successful and finally step toward achieving these goals.
