Abstract

Undoubtedly, the interval among the years 1914–1871 AD which has been named "armed peace" in the modern history of Europe is the outcome of events and incidents occurred before this date and the Congress of Vienna in 1815 AD could be considered as its origin. Also, other various political factors and foundations such as revolutions began in 1830 AD and later on, revolutions in Paris in 1848 AD, expanding across Europe, Italy unification led by Cavour, Garibaldi and Mazzini, German unification led by Bismarck, have played an effective role in the era of Armed peace formation in Europe and the fundamental changes in the international equations.
