Abstract

Employees are considered valuable assets of any organization, and the success of any organization is linked to the satisfaction of its employees. On the other hand, the infusion of ICT into different organization activities has changed the way in which staff work and consequently, the way they view their work. An attempt was made here to present the studies carried out about impact of ICT on job satisfaction among staff with special reference to the library staff. This review is presented into three parts, viz. impact of ICT on job satisfaction among staff in different organizations; job satisfaction among library staff; and impact of ICT on job satisfaction among library staff.
