Abstract

Institutionalize of justice and fair in today's organizations both of objective sight and subjective sight is including challenges that Today's managers in order to increase performance and improve the effectiveness are face with it. Since, to be used optimum and effective of human and social capital in creating organizational justice play valuable role. This research tries to study the role of social capital as a competitive advantage for development economical, cultural and organizational. The present study is investigative the relationship between social capital and organizational capital, according to dimensions of social capital, which include: cognitive capital, relative capital and structural capital on dimensions of organizational justice, which include: distributive justice, procedural justice and instructional justice. The study population is consisted of 222 employment of East Azerbaijan Documents and realty organization and East Azerbaijan biographic organization of Tabriz in Iran. Data was collected based on questioner method and analysis was carried out by using the Pearson correlation coefficient, Enter regression and T-test to analysis the data. The results of present study is illustrated that increasing organizational justice when social capital increasing. Also, be arrived the interesting result about gender in the said organizations.
