Individual jobs, the most important fundamental form of social identity, social relations and resource supplier and also one of the main sources of human stress. Several studies have shown that occupational stress burnout which has followed intense stress, long-term mismanagement, leads to mental illness in staff and mental disease or process may accelerate. Followed by this the person can become disabled heavy costs of treatment, absence from work, job opportunities will be last and wasting other people's time will impose problem upon the community. For these reasons, it is necessary to address these problems, particularly diseases caused by stress. Remedies to treat the problems in the field of burnout are very important. Since one of the job's problems is burnout and career counseling is suitable for most of the job's problems, as a research library that is focused on a topic advice is sought and in the role of prevention and reduction of occupational burnout in nurses as a group of donors who paid to helping jobs and in direct contact with other human beings are needed to examine.
