The values theory defines values as desirable trans-situational goals. Values are the strongest element in determining social and cultural system of societies that represent, guide, control and monitor the interaction and actions of people community. This paper provides a brief overview of comparative value structure in students of pre-university in gachsaran city (Iran). Shalom Schwartz defined the core values as desirable, trans-situational goals. The value types proposed by Schwartz are self -direction, universalism, achievement, hedonism, power, benevolence, conformity, tradition, stimulation, security. This paper aims at study values dimension and preference among pre-university students of ghacsaran city in Iran. Aim of this research is deliberation of value structure and priorities among students in Iran. The sample comprised of 641 students educating in pre-university of gachsaran city and they selected by Morgan and Kerji tables. This is a descriptive study. The data collection tool was from Schwartz's questionnaire. As expected, the statistical showed that most important value priorities were power, spirituality, self direction, stimulation, hedonism.
