The main focus of the research is understands the women's attitude towards the influence of Islamic Azad University (Iran) on the women's socio-economic and cultural statue, and the affecting factors on their attitude. The survey was conducted in Gonabad, a city of Razavi khorasan province in Iran, 2009. Data of the study reveals, 16.6% of people have a highly favourable attitude toward the influence of Islamic Azad University on women's socio-economic and cultural statue, 68.6% favourable attitude and 14.6% some what favourable, 0% negative.
