Abstract

Today, one of the most dynamic sectors of tourism economy world countries is considered in some countries as the fourth economic sector will be considered. Iran's tourism potentials in their suit is not growing and the central province of the province is no exception, despite having rich resources on the tourism authorities of neglect and lack of planning has failed because of economic development, social and cultural are. Therefore, a tool for developing cultural tourism phenomenon and is considered the country's economy and tourism development to succeed in management planning at all levels is essential because the places that are developed without planning often socio-economic and environmental problems are. This paper has tried to identify concepts that in addition to tourism and tourist sites, using planning methods and models to plan the most ideal place to plan actions that can be applied in the planning for tourism and regular targeted economic development sites and cause the loss of funds and facilities can be prevented.
