Relation between bodily mass index (BMI) with physical education course boy students dynamic balance

Abstract

Having balance has main and determining role in doing daily activities and sporting activities. In researches effect of factors such as BMI have proven, so purpose from this search, is explain relation between bodily mass indexes with physical education students dynamic balance. This research is analytical-descriptive that participate 35 physical education course students and exercise sciences with average and standard deviation age(20.5 ± 1.29), length (177.15 ± 5.57) and weight (66.62 ± 7.53). For measuring balance and some of anthropometry characterizes, used from scale and strip meter. For determining (BMI) used of division weight (kg) on square length (m) (BMI = W (kg)/h2 (m)). Results with 16 version SPSS software and with using of Pearson association test in meaningful level explain. Obtained information reveal meaning full relation between (BMI) with general score of balance and posterior frontal and lateral balance. These studies reveal that top of (BMI) increase balance.
