Abstract

Situation of Chashm village with its potential shows that level of literacy, scientific and practical knowledge and skills, tendency to employment have decreased in traditional part and that the desire and willingness to work in modern and serving parts have increased. This case is seen in Iranian villages that the villages of Iran. As the cities are full of new and undiscovered opportunities the discovery and exploitation of these opportunities in time and creating new and competitive businesses can bring economic benefits for the villagers.

On the other hand, the main question of this research is whether expert workforce can affect economic changes in Chesham village. In response to this research, we should mention the change of expert workforce until traditional part turns into modern and competitive. The research has tried to review Chashm village, the economic development solutions are proposed and specialized workforce are proposed.
