Communication is the art of transmitting information, ideas and attitudes from one person to another. Communication is the process of meaningful interaction among human beings.
Communication Skills Communication skills is the ability to use language (receptive) and express (expressive) information. Effective communication skills are a critical element in your career and personal lives.
This study aims is to investigate the effect of communication skills on Department of Education in Mazandaran Province, Iran. Our sample is 60 that randomly selected. In this study to analyze the data, ANOVA is used. The findings displayed that communication skills have a positive effect on Department of Education. Also the averages of listening skill and feedback skill are homogeneous and are placed in one group, while the average of verbal skill is different from those two skills and is placed in another different group.
